{text:bookmark-start} The different types of learning styles and personality and how to effectively communicate with them. {text:bookmark-end} In this paper I will talk about different learning styles and ways to effectively communicate with theses learning styles, also different types of personalities and how to effectively communicate with them as well. The first learning style I would like to talk about is verbal, some people find reading comfortable and a more convenient way of learning as well as social learner's. I have learned from my experience that anybody can talk all they want to people who learn like this and it would be very difficult for them to pick up on what someone is trying to tell them no matter if it was their boss or anyone else. The most effective way to communicate with this type of learning style is to put in writing so they can read it step by step and they will understand what is trying to be communicated to them. Another learning style is spatial, this learning style consists of people that make a mental picture of everything they read in their mind it gives them a clear picture of what is really going on and they are able to pick up on details that are really not visible to the eye. A good way of communicating with some someone like this is to talk to them about the story and kind of like say now just picture that story in your head what would you do in that situation it would be like telling a bed time story. The next learning style that I would like to talk about is the one I use myself and many others as well and it is the abstract. It is more like someone who reads and forgets about the big picture in what the author is trying to tell them, so when I read I use a highlighter to remember the important parts and write little notes on the side of the highlighted part so I would know what it is about.
