OMG ! it is a must watch weepy i definately advise anybody who likes a good sob to watch this film. The film consists of a man called benjamin who says to one girl " i was born under unusual curcumstances" which indeed he was. It was the day that war had ended and his father rushed home from work (making buttons which is where the family name comes from). As he reaches the house the doctor announces that his wife is going to die. The last thing his wife says to him is " make sure our baby has a place to stay" . The babiy's father looks at him grabs him and runs away. He gets very tempted to through him into the river when a police man catches him. He runs away and leaves him on a doorstep of a coloured lady's house. Now for the reason he was born under unusual curcumstances, he was born an old man, and doctors predicted that he was going to die soon. The film is actually sprouted from a girl whos mother is dying in hospital reading the diary of the man named Benjamin. At the very end of the film she finds out that benjamin was actually her dad and wants to know where he is. Any way i will not give the story away but i really do reccomend it. I was crying for some thing like the last half an hour of it. I definately rate it 101%
