I have worked in the healthcare sector for over twenty-seven years but have only been a trainer for eight years.
In my role as a healthcare trainer, I have a legal responsibility to be completely up to date with all current legislations and codes of practice so they can be passed on to all our health care workers in order to protect them from prosecution but also to help them achieve the best practice of work.
