Also what sounds better and has the better features.New to HT but they both seem like good value when having a budget.Just want to know which of the 2 a better value for money and also which f the 2 would sound better.

The sound depends on you. What sounds good to me may sound to sharp to you. Try listening to them with music and movies you like and know well. Both are good brands and both look like good value.
I doubt you'll be disapointed.

Both will sounds almost equally bad :)

Id get whichever sounds best to you – assuming you can hear them side by side in the same room with the same material, to remove one of the largest influences on the sound (the room).

Otherwise you might as well flip a coin.

I would help you compare specs but the Pioneer does not seem to have any specs....?

the fronts for the pioneer sound good for what they are, but the centre and rears are awful.

no idea about the yamaha.
