This is a report about the management structure. Initially, it will discuss the management structure of a famous business—Hilton Worldwide. The management structure will be analyzed based on this example. Additionally, this report also includes four different types of management structure. Finally, one management structure will be discussed in details.

Introduction
The report is divided into three parts. The first part is about the management structure of Hilton Worldwide (formerly, Hilton Hotels Corporation). The management structure will be discussed by global and area, including its advantages and disadvantages, the span of control, etc.
Next, four management structure will be analyzed separately through their benefits and shortages.
