Drinking alcoholic beverages is one of the most popular additions to social gatherings. Drinking helps people quickly relax, which promotes more mingling among peers. It’s very versatile because you can be creative when mixing different types of liquor. They can attract the eye with color, and the liquor can be masked to hide the harsh flavor. One of the most used liquors is tequila. Enjoyed as shots, tequila can be tasty alone, or with lemon and salt. Of all ways of drinking tequila, one of societies most favored is called a Margarita.

The flavor of the Margarita is sweet and sour, and a little salty if one chooses. The glasses in which the Margarita is served are either tall or in a stemmed glass with a wide opening.
The main ingredients needed to make a Margarita are Margarita mix, tequila, lemons or lime, salt, and ice. If Margarita mix is available, limes aren’t necessary unless it’s being used as a garnish. If the consistency of a frozen margarita isn’t right, more ice can be added or diluted with a liquid such as water. If there’s too much of a particular ingredient, such as Margarita mix, some of the solution in the blender can be poured off into another container. Ice, water, or tequila can be added to dilute a strong fruity flavor, or to reduce sweetness.
