How are the uninsured affected by the Health Policy

According to the Henry J. Kaiser Foundation, the Affordable Health Care Act (ACT) can help to ensure that there is extended health care coverage for many of the uninsured non elderly people nationwide. The Affordable Care Act was created to supply coverage and health care all across the income stream, whatever the individual’s income is he/she will not be denied insurance coverage that is affordable. As of today there are some uninsured adults who have recently become eligible for Medicaid and they will still be covered under the Affordable Care Act and without any coverage option. When the coverage option has been implemented and the coverage changes have been accessed, it will be very important that the views that are associated with the laws of the state are understood. There are many people who are below the poverty level that do not qualify for Medicaid, and in some states, such as Mississippi, that have not adapted or implemented the expansion of Medicaid. Therefore the eligibility for some adults will still be limited even if they are in the low income bracket.
The new health reform law promise to extend coverage to all Americans who do not have health insurance. Under the Affordable Care Act, it will be a requirement that everyone purchase some type of health insurance. If they do not purchase some type of health insurance there will be a fee to be paid, $695 for the individual without health insurance and $ 2.250 for a family without coverage, this fee will have to be paid annually. But if the individual or family is in the low income bracket or have certain religious beliefs, they may be exempted from this requirement of purchasing health insurance....
