As part of everyone's life journey, there comes a time...and by the way not all of us arrive to that moment at an early age, it
depends on how much confidence ones got to take the decision to CHANGE, as you know change is something that people avoid because they fear to face
the unknown. When that moment arrives, everything around you stops for a split second and you start realizing the complex mental loops that we are
trapped in, and how everything we choose to do or every thought that we accept is affecting our life negatively or positively without us being aware of
it. In a nutshell I will say that I constantly reassure myself by using the power of the self-help material - which is based on great wisdom of course -
that is generally pigeonholed as for those who got issues and need help on a psychological level, but I believe that without the help of this material
achieving “inner peace” could be a tough task to most of us. There is a lot of wisdom in these books. I used to be a chronic negative thinker, but now
I try to positively influence everybody I encounter in my life.
Reaching the state of “inner peace” really takes time and effort, it took me around 2 years of reading and studying psychology, social science, self-help
and self-development books\tapes...etc. to experience what “inner peace” feels like depending on the fact that nothing outside myself can make me
happy...happiness depends on the quality of thoughts that I carry around each day, and being able to respond with ability and taking constructive
decisions to control the quality of my thought patterns in the present moment is what shapes my future.
