Speech 1: “GOING BACK”
First and foremost there is God. His generosity started when He created the world, the plants, the animals and you, as part of the mankind. All of God’s creation is special for Him especially mankind. This is the reason why each and every one of us was filled with different gifts, talents and abilities. As Abdul Karam once said, “God, our creator, has stored within our minds and personalities, great potential strength and ability.”
Among all of His creations, why did God chose you to be above the other creations? He could have chosen the fishes to have the ability to dance, the birds to have the knowledge to launch spaceships, and the snakes to have the beauty and passion of humans. Because we are special, God wants us to be with Him at the Promise Land. He filled everyone with different gifts, talents, knowledge, beauty, passion plus the great resemblance of Him. With all these things, you are set to roam and nourish the world. Because of all the things that you have received, you tend to enjoy all of his given gifts. You also learned how to gain everything but never know the importance of giving back.
But mankind started to forget God, mainly because of the gifts you had received. Like the Fall of Solomon, you had forgotten that God is the giver of all those things and you are just a receiver. Little did you know that those things are never meant to be used for enjoyment purposes, it should be used for you to climb the “pulley of life”.
That pulley symbolizes your life here on Earth. When you are at the process of climbing, you adore God’s gifts and forgets that God exists and watching on what you are doing. And then you never really wanted to rest, instead you only work on how to gain and never work on how to give. But the pulley has its going-down feature too. When the pulley go-down...
