The qualities of the strong leader
In today’s society, there are many strong leaders who make our society better. People define a strong leader as a person who fills the qualities of a strong leader which is heroism, braveness, and leadership. In the movie, The Matrix, the main character, Reo, fulfills the qualities of the strong leader and become a hero.
In the story, Reo, the main character had to choose between a red pill, which is a pill that shows the real world, and a blue pill, which is a pill that lead Reo to going back to the world where he belongs. Reo shows his braveness by taking a red pill even though he knows that many bad circumstances would follow him.
Leadership is also shows in the movie by Leo when he stands up for the other people and led them. In the matrix, Leo becomes a reader of all the people in the matrix and fights with them. He always stays and protects with them without caring his safe.
Leo over comes with fears and shows heroism by standing against to the people who tries to make their own world. He stood up for what he and his people believe and defeat them and made a new world for everyone. Therefore, a characteristic of heroism requires people to become a strong leader.
People always want a strong leader like Leo who meets the qualities of a strong leader, which is heroism, braveness, and leadership. Those characteristics make the strong leader and become our hero like Leo, in The Matrix.
