My topic: Outsourcing job.

My attitude: it is the worse solution for corporations in America to do
In this difficult time that this country is going thru now.

My purpose: to discuss the result of these actions taking by big America
Company.

My thesis statement: Outsourcing American jobs will not help the
economic of these companies.

My audience: American people and America government.

OUTSOURCING JOBS

Outsourcing American jobs will not help to the economic of America’s companies.
First the companies will lose the customer relationship.
Second our personal information such as social security, addresses, and bank account numbers can fell into the wrong hands.
Third America’s companies are losing the loyalty between employees and employer.
Four the employment rate keeps increasing every month.

Outsourcing jobs

Most America’s companies said the cost of energy, the cost of labor, and the cost of production has force them to move most of American job to third countries They believe that outsourcing American job will help them with their economic and keep them to competitive in the market.
First outsourcing jobs to third world countries is hearting the customer relationships, the thick foreign accents is making hard for American customer to understand foreign workers. For example in my company where I work the HR department had been move to an India Call Center. When any employee make a call to solve a issue that could take a few hours here in America to be solve, now it take several day to be solve in India because we can’t understand the accent that Indian worker have.
Second our personal information such as social security, addresses, and bank account numbers can fell into the wrong hands. Again in the company that I work for “ The Nielsen Company” the HR department was transfer to India. Now a third party has our personal information, they don’t speak...
