By:Paola Valdivia

CHAPTER 1: BIRTH AND CHILDHOOD!!
Hi! My name is Paola Valdivia, and i'm going to tell you my wonderful story. My mom gave birth to me at 10:00 a.m in the morning. I was born on April 21, 2004, in San Francisco, St. Luke’s hospital. I was only 7 pounds. When I was a child I used to enjoy running and use the hula hoop. I also loved to do cartwheels and swing on the monkey-bars. When I was born we used to live in a trailer, but then we moved to a house when I was 2 years old. I have visited LA and often we visit our cousins that live in Nevada. When I was born I didn't cry. My told me that I was staring my mom wide-eyed thinking who was she. When I was little I used to annoy my parents because I wanted the milk a certain temperature. When my parents gave me the milk I used to say it was too hot or too cold, and I made them warm up the milk or put ice in it a million of times. My dad used to call me “fria caliente” (cold hot). When I learned to walk I was only 1 year and 2 months old. I learned how to talk when I was 1 year and 6 months. My first bike was when I was 3 three years. I was really happy when I got it. I also learned very fast to ride the bike. It was my favorite thing to do. My dad picked my name because he had an aunt named Paula and he liked it so he put me Paola.
