There are three companies I would like to elaborate on and talk about their services that are provided for our system we use on daily basis. All of these services I can relate to from personal experience so I can explain in detail what their operations are good for. I have UPS, Sherwin Williams, and USAF. These three companies I will give brief descriptions, and identify the nature of the company.
The first company is UPS also known as United Parcel Service. UPS was founded in 1907 and is one of the largest packaging delivery company in the world. There company is known for specialized transportation, logistics services, supply chain management, combining flows of goods, information, and funds. Their main objective is to transport packages to customers, companies, and other worldwide locations.
With UPS I worked as customer service representative. My job description was to develop positive relationships with others to better accomplish work goals. I answered calls accordingly in order by retrieving information from the customer and providing information back about their package. I also, process requests and transferred any calls in a timely manner if needing further information.
My supervisor was usually the one handling the calls if it extended in an inappropriate manner. Their job usually obtained on handling emergency products such as, medication, hazardous material, and other important accounts. They usually maintained customer needs and expectations of giving that customer an accurate report. These are two descriptions I can give detail their information from personal experience.
The next company I would like to explain their objective is Sherwin Williams. Sherwin Williams is a paint store. We handle commercial, residential, and other work ethics for companies.
