I like to write a paper about Tibetan marriage. Due to the three reasons following, Tibetan marriage is one of tipycal things that represent Tibetan culture, especially local custom. Tibetan marriage is considered an important thing by not only couples, but also their relatives including parents, and also Tibetan marriage is a various ceremony in different areas.
First of all, Tibetan marriage is one of tipycal things that represent Tibetan culture, especially local custom. Each step in Tibetan marriage can show any characteristics of Tibetan culture. For example, intimate couples imply the free elective marriage. Invited lamas at weddings imply that the couple will have a good life in the future.
Second, Tibetan marriage is considered as an important thing by not only couples, but also their relatives including parents. As for couples, marriage is very important, because it is the first auspicious day tend to future life. In other hand, after their marriage, they need to step individually in every coner of the world, which means, to be independent, the relatives also come to their wedding with big gifts like money or livestock for they will have a good life later.
The third, the Tibetan marriage is a various ceremony in different areas. Tibetan marriage is same on the whole everywhere, but there are some differences as well. For example, in my hometown, the husband`s side need to pay a lot of money to the wife`s side, but in some other places, no need to pay any money.
Conclusion, Tibetan marriage is not only fruitful content, but also it has various forms.
