Identify and describe the stages of team development.
The five stages of team development are forming, storming, norming, performing and transforming. (1) Forming is when a group of individuals comes together to fulfill a common reason, such as a project or a task. Their achievement will rely on upon their familiarity with each other's work style, and their experience on earlier teams, and the clarity of their allocated mission. (2) Storming is the difference about the mission, vision, and approaches to approach the issue or task are steady at this phase of development. This struggle is stronger with the way that team members are becoming more acquainted with each other, figuring out how to work with each other, and developing acquainted with the connection and correspondence of the individuals. Both of these can bring about strained connections and conflicts.
(3) Norming is when the members of the team have deliberately or unwittingly formed working relationships that are empowering progress on the group's objectives. The individuals have deliberately or unwittingly consented to comply with certain gathering standards, and they are getting to be practical at cooperating. (4.) Performing is when relationships, group processes, team’s effectiveness in working on its objectives are syncing to achieve an efficiently working group. This part of the stage is when the real work of the team is advancing. And (5) Transforming, is the point at which the group is performing so well, that individuals trust it is the best group they have encountered. Or The group has finished its primary goal or reason, and it is the ideal opportunity for colleagues to seek after different objectives or tasks, according to, (What Are the Stages of Team Development?
