Wood Pulp Pulping Process:
The commercial wood pulp is conveyed into D type hydrapulper for pulping, and then use the pulp pump to convey it into double disc refiner for improving the beating degree and produce high quality fine pulp. After pulp refining, the pulp will be conveyed into tissue paper machine for paper making.

Waste Paper Pulping Process:
Waste paper is conveyed into high consistency hydrapulper for separating waste paper. Then the pulp will be conveyed into high density cleaner for removing heavy impurities in paper pulp. Besides, the pulp will be conveyed into screening equipment fiber separator, vibrating screen, and pressure screen for pulp screening. Furthermore, the pulp will be conveyed into inclined screw thickner for pulp washing and thickening. Then the waste paper pulp will be conveyed into double disc refiner and combined with wood pulp for paper making.
