{draw:rect} {draw:rect} Faculty Assistant: Course Description: Strategy Implementation, together with Strategy and Competitiveness, integrate the MBA Program from a general management perspective. They deal with the organization as a holistic entity and in doing so integrate the functions, concepts and techniques developed in other courses. Strategy Implementation builds on Strategy and Competitivenessand focuses on the implementation of strategies once they are developed. Specific topics include implementing strategy, strategy and organization, leadership, corporate culture, and the management of strategic change in organizations. Students are exposed to a wide variety of organizations through case studies and have the opportunity to examine a single organization in detail through their field projects. The field projects, which are completed in small groups, put students in the role of consultants to actual organizations addressing strategic and operating issues of concern to them.
