There are desktop computers in the Library and computer labs, which are available for student use during open hours. All desktop computers have access to the Internet and email systems and have Microsoft office and other software relevant to needs, installed on them.

The College has a wireless radio network to allow students and staff access to E-mail, Internet and the servers from any building, including their own residential room and the main outside areas of the campus. Staff and Students have controlled access to email and the Internet (within the bounds of current NZ law) between the hours of 6am and 2am seven days per week.

Computers are used in teaching subjects, especially computing, business and media studies. The students utilize the computers for word processing and multimedia functions.

Audiovisual material is integrated with computer control in the Multimedia Control Centre. The students use videodisc material, still pictures, sound and CD-ROM technologies.

The College has purchased and setup a Pod casting server. Staffs make video and sound lesson files which are uploaded to the server. Students are able to use their iPod or computer running iTunes to download these materials for extended learning outside the classroom.
