After thoughtful and careful review of my current diet and lifestyle, I have come to the conclusion, that I have don’t been doing a good job with eating, moving, breathing, and loving, which has been causing the following hazards that I have either not been aware of in good conscience, or have ignored for convenience sake or otherwise.
1. Avoid plastic water bottles. I drink water all day long, but  drink it out of plastic bottles which contain BPA. I will start with a home water purification system and glass bottle 2. Read my make-up ingredients carefully! Most makeup products (even the brand name ones) contain endocrine disruptors.  I am migrating over to all make-up containing only natural ingredients. If I can’t eat it, I will not apply it on my skin or body! 3. Use only natural household cleaners! Synthetic cleaning chemicals produce nasty byproducts that are toxic to the environment and the body. 5. Stop eating toxic, pesticide-laden, genetically modified and processed foods! Consume a variety of whole foods. Eat organic whenever I can. Consume a good quality protein at each meal as both the detoxification phases need amino acids to function optimally. Take my multivitamin and calcium supplement daily. 6. Stop substance abuse. In my case caffeine! 7. Know that pharmaceutical drugs can be the biggest burden for your body to attempt to detoxify. Discuss with my physician in detail regarding the need for my prescription medications. Review safer options, and understand their side effect profile well. 7. Drastically reduce my stress levels. Stress is a toxin, especially when chronic! Our body cannot differentiate between emotional and physical stress, and reacts similarly to both, by producing generous amounts of the stress hormone cortisol. When elevated for long periods of time, cortisol can lead to undesirable chronic diseases...
