Introduction
Aim of this assessment is to complete package holiday which must be based in an Irish Hotel. Firstly, I need to choose a Hotel, and identify the rationale for choosing a particular type of hotel package holiday. Secondly, I need to research and compile a weekend package holiday based in a chosen hotel. And finally, find out who else would be interested in this particular package holiday.
This package holiday is made for the couple in their middle-twenties, coming from Limerick to Cork to celebrate the Guinness Jazz Festival. The Festival is going to be held on the weekend 22nd -25th of October in the River Lee Hotel.
What is a Guinness Jazz Festival?
That is the biggest and most successful cultural Ireland`s Jazz event which attracts musicians and visitors from all over the world. There's is nonstop jazz and jazz related music, day and night, in over 80 pubs, clubs and hotels throughout the Jazz Weekend, most of it admission free. Now it's the turn of up to 40,000 music fans who travel to Cork each October to sample great music, atmosphere, food and fun.

The River Lee Hotel is located right on the banks of the River Lee in the heart of the Cork City. This is a top class Hotel with bright and spacious rooms which have beautiful views of the city. Because of its location the Hotel is convenient to shopping, pubs and restaurants .It is literally within a few minutes walk to the business and shopping districts. The building design is fabulous.
