Traveling to a overseas country
How would you like to travel to a foreign country, without having the expense of a hotel? Well you don’t have to worry anymore if you have someone stationed overseas. So get out there and visit them no matter how far they are it’s worth it. There are always reasons to visit those stationed overseas such as sightseeing, fewer expenses, and visiting loved ones.
Sight see: First of all, this is a great excuse to get out of you comfort zone and sightsee a new country. Traveling to a new country can be very fun and exciting. Like for instance when I first arrived to Germany I was in shock. It was a mixture of realization that I was far away from family, friends, and my environment, and also that I had lived for almost 25 years of my life and had been missing out on so much. It was a completely new experience to see so many beautiful countries. Like when my husband my aunt and I went to Greece in 2004 to see the Olympics. It was awesome! Then from Greece we went on a ferry to Italy where we seen the pope. We have been to so many countries and have had so many different types of foods. My favorite dish was in Greece. It was a pasta dish that looked like lasagna, but tasted like something I have never had before. As we traveled to so many countries I met so many different people from all over the world. I met this lady in Paris that was just the sweetest lady. So actually lived there in Paris and decided she would take the time to show us around. She has a home also in London and told me that whenever we want to go to London she would be glad to offer her time and take us around to sightsee. I think sightseeing so many countries has taught me to appreciate life.
Fewer expenses: Most importantly you don’t have to worry about the expense of a hotel. When you travel to visit someone overseas you can stay with the family member when you take your day trips. For example, in 2004 we did so much traveling around Germany. We would go for...
