I, Kaushal Kishore Singh, s/o Sh. Tarkeshwar Singh, R/o 204-C, Road No.1, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand, presently residing at Flat No.D-2/5, West Kidwai Nagar, Near Delhi Haat, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -
1. That Payal Rani is my daughter.
2. That I have solemnlized my above named daughter’s marriage with Sh. Nitin Sharma, S/o Sh. Bhim Sen Sharma, R/o 4/44, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060 according to Hindu Rites and Ceremonies in the presence of the invitees on 7th day of May, 2007 at the above given address i.e. 4/44, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi.
2. That I am the permanent resident of the above mentioned address i.e. in Ranchi, where I am running my own business and due to this fact I will not be present at the time of registration of my daughter and son-in-law’s marriage in the presence of ld. ADM. I further state that I have no objection if they get their marriage registered in my absence.

1. That Nitin Sharma is my son.
2. That I have solemnlized my above named son’s marriage with Ms Payal Rani d/o Sh. Kaushal Kishore Singh, R/o 204-C, Road No.1, Ashok Nagar, RAnchi, Jharkhand according to Hindu Rites and Ceremonies in the presence of the invitees on 7th day of May, 2007 at the above given address i.e. 4/44, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi.
2. That I am the permanent resident of the above mentioned address and I am completely paralysed and due to this fact I will not be present at the time of registration of my son and daughter-in-law’s marriage in the presence of ld. ADM. I further state that I have no...
