Duty-based Ethics
Focus on what is right based on moral principles or values rather than focusing on the consequences of the action.

Focus attention on the results or consequences of the decision or action. An Action is morally right if the consequences of that action are more favorable then unfavorable. What matters is the net balance of good consequences over bad. Focuses on the greatest good for the greatest number

My company encourages all the employees to take small breaks so employees can walk away from their desk. They believe the employees will perform better if they get small breaks during the day plus their lunch hours. This will help the employee have a fresh mind throughout the day. They believe employees concentrate and work more efficiently.
