Bobby Perkins lives on the 24th floor of the Century Tower Apartments in Fort Lee, New Jersey. One day, new neighbors, the Hulka’s, move next door to Bobby. Bobby thought he saw Mr. Hulka kill Mrs. Hulka. When Bobby and his best friend, Lauri, went to investigate this, all they saw was a dummy, not a body. Mrs. Hulka wasn‘t dead. Mr. Hulka is an undertaker and undertakers deals with dead bodies. Mr. Hulka and Mrs. Hulka own their own funeral parlor also. Later on when Bobby and Lauri were on Bobby’s terrace, they see Mrs. Hulka. She’s right there in person and they thought she was dead. What they didn’t know was that the “ Mrs. Hulka” they saw was an imposter.

Since she wasn’t moving at all they thought something had to be wrong. When Mr. Hulka’s not there; Bobby and Lauri sneak into his apartment. They find the Mrs. Hulka imposter dead and the real Mrs. Hulka’s head in the TV. Mr. Hulka comes back and tries to kill them. When Bobby and Lauri are back in Bobby’s apartment and try to call for help they discover that the phone lines are cut and the door is made so they can’t get out, and it was all done by Mr. Hulka. When Mr. Hulka tries to get into Bobby’s apartment he tells Lauri that the figures from the dollhouses made him do this.[ You’re thinking: what figures? Well I’ll tell you. Mr. and Mrs. Hulka have these doll houses with figures in them. Such as a woman, man, etc.] When they finally get out they run to get help. Mr. Hulka, Bobby and Lauri have a car chase and end up at McDonald’s where Mr. Hulka is arrested. As for Bobby and Lauri, everything ends well.
