University of Phoenix Student Ethics and Values
This paper will cover the ethics and values of student that go to University of Phoenix and my own ethics statement. The different of ethics that you see in the world and what a ethics statement means to me as a student at the University of Phoenix. How different forms of ethics that was cover in the reading effect my life and me as a person can grow because of the ethics that are covered. What is ethics is one thing that effect use all because we have some form of ethics that we live by. Ethics cover a lot of things from us being happy,Personal conduct, Personal commitments,values and respect for others ( University of Phoenix , 2011). Ethics does effect your life because you base your choice on your ethics. Your ethics come from what you grow up with. At my work, I see how ethics is a big thing because the boys come with a set of ethics and we are try to teach them a new set of ethics. They come with ethics that they can do anything they want and not a thing would happen to them.
When they talk and I hear them they feel that they can treat a person any as long they get some out of them. They learn the ethics from the gangs and their families. The ethics are show to them because they watch their families or the gangs to find what gives them what they need. One the big ethics you see in the group homes are the ethics that you do not tell anything to the staff that would get a other clients in trouble. We see the different neutralization when dealing with Juvenile Offenders from Denial of Responsibility ,Denial of Injury Denial of Victim ,Condemnation of the Condemners Appeal to Higher Loyalties,Defense of Necessity, Metaphor of the Ledger( University of Phoenix , 2011). I see all this ethics for the boys I work with. The one big staff...
