Vision Statement
I am going to be working in organization Human Resources department in a leadership position that my goal set to become Human Resource Director at a fortune 500 company within five years (Xerox) (Society for Human Resource Management, 2013).
Goal Statement
In this position I will allowed to have good health, take care of my family, be driving a new car and have money to travel abroad as I have always dreamed (Xerox Corporation, 2013).
Vision for my Life
The vision for my life in the next five years I will be director on the upper management level at a large corporation (Xerox). My goal will be obtain via my work experience as well as completed my master’s degree in organizational management with a concentration in human resources. I am currently have over 11 years of experience working the human resource realm. Human resources department has the responsibility of maintaining personnel, benefits and payroll. I do have some hands on experience as a human resource information systems, payroll representative and senior benefits specialist. However, most of my knowledge is in health & welfare and 401k. These rolls has allowed to me to get a good foundation on the human resource department as a whole (Society for Human Resource Management, 2013).
Steps to obtaining a CEO’s Position
In order for me to reach, my goal of being Director of Human Resources is to have plan. I knew education was key factor along with work experience. In addition, the more degrees I obtain will better my chances to getting to my goal. I research what school I wanted to get my bachelors degree in Business Management from. I decided to go to the University of Phoenix online because it allowed me to get my education and continue to work so that I could take care of my family.
