North Korea testing nuclear weapons caused the U.N to confront the country with new and tougher sanctions. The new sanctions include "blocking cash transfers for any weapon programs" to Luxery goods not to be sold to the country. The purpose of these sanctions are to reduce any funding going towards the nuclear and missile programs. Without any money, north korea nuclear testings would have to seize. Even though North Korea did threaten the U.S, the U.N approved the sanctions which is should be affective soon.
