W2 Section – Implementation Paper
The implementation project will be using the Kudler Fine Foods company. The project is needed in the Kudler Company since there are three stores in the company that all have separate needs and do things like ordering separately. The separate processed between the three locations makes more work for the accounting and financial departments who have to process each locations information and orders. There is a lot more work involved with the three locations all using separate ordering methods and confusion as well as mistakes can happen as a result.
Stakeholders and Roles
There are three individuals that will need to be included in the project to overhaul the supply system for the Kudler Company. The first individual is Harvey Stephens who is the direct of Finance and Accounting. Harvey is one of the individuals in the Kudler Company that oversees the financial aspects of the company and has firsthand knowledge about the problems with the three locations all doing separate orders. The next individual is Kathy Kudler, who is the President of the store. Being the president she is aware of how she wants the project to go and the ultimate goal for the project. She is also the person that needs to approve all aspects of the project including the financials such as the money that will be spent on implementing the project and the projects final design. The final individual is the Director of Store Operations Yvonne Reynolds who is responsible for the stores’ functioning. She knows the daily activities of the stores, how they should operate and what each location would need or uses. The contact information for each individual is via email address.
