5. Has the Wallace Group’s diversification strategy been effective?  If yes, please
explain.  If no, please explain.
No, the Wallace Group’s diversification strategy not been effective. The idea to diversify the
area business of The Wallace Group is brilliant. He attempted to expand his business to a
new market but he do not have designs a great and effective strategy for his company.
5.0 Wallace Group’s
The Wallace Group is a diversified company that manufactures and develops
technical products and systems. The company has three primary operational groups
consisting of electronics, plastics, and chemicals. Wallace Group is the largest asset of
the Group is the electronics. This asset is approximately the size of both the plastics and
chemical groups of the corporation. It also contributes the most to the net income at
approximately 70%. With the contractors, the plastics and chemical divisions were
acquired for the purpose of diversifying the income of the corporation from the original
electronics group.

5.1 Harold Wallace
According to the transcribe, Harold Wallace attitude is not satisfy. He said that he does not want to listen problem that Frances Rampar who as President of Rampar Associates told to him. the problem in The Wallace Group.
