1. Psychology
The science that seeks to measure, explain and sometimes change the behavior of humans and other animals.

The study of people in relation to their fellow human beings.

An area within psychology that blends concepts from psychology and sociology that focuses on the influences of people on one another.

4. Anthropology
The study of societies to learn about human beings and their activities.

5. Political Science
The study of the behavior of individuals and groups within political environment.

3. Explain the challenges or new trends and opportunities that affecting organization behavior in your organization.

The challenges and opportunity that is affecting my organization is mainly job stress and decision making by management towards the welfare of employees.
Job stress happens because of the workload that many employees faces in my organization due to highly set of target which effects productivity when employees are stress with the difficulties to achieve the target for incentive payout.
The decision making by management in terms of incentive payout to all its employees affects the process of the decision making itself when the management finds that the payout is not sufficient for almost 50% of the employees due to cost saving exercise.
