There are three main types Roller Crusher in the market: double roller crusher, three roller crusher and four roller crusher. The crushing ratio can reach 5-10. For example, The range of feeding size is 130 mm, and the output size range is 0.5 – 60 mm. If you need a super fine crushing machine, you can choose a type with small output size, such as the 10 mm, but the capacity is smaller: just 0.5-10 tons per hour. If you need a high efficient cone crusher, such as 100 tons per hour, the output size is about 60mm, which is large for fine crushing. So roller crusher is widely used into secondary crushing and larger output size fine crusher.
