Earning a Masters in Business Administration allows one to become more diverse and also give one the possibility to move ahead in their career or to become more employable in the event that they lose their current position due to layoffs. Knowing that I had a innovative and entrepreneurial nature, confirmed by my Jungian 16-Type Personality (Pearson Education, 2008), I decided that my current employment situation and they need to ensure economic stability in the future called for a further of my education and a M.B.A. seemed like the suitable course. While I am in no danger of losing my job, I would very much like to keep my supervisors viewing me as indispensable. I also want to allow for the fact that I might want a career change sometime in the future and obtaining an M.B.A. will help ensure both. Being identified innovative and entrepreneurial (Pearson Education, 2008) only strengthens my resolve to become more educated in the world and to ensure that I will have a role to play without going through economic hardships.
