Pakistan: Again women here are the subordinate class to the men, they are inferior. When a woman gets raped she is hurt two times, once by the rapist and the other by the law which allows this man to go free. DNA does not work here, no, they need to have the rapist confess to what they have done or have 4 other salah Muslim men say they saw this happen. Not even being pregnant or, again, DNA, is a true sign to the rape being done. Islamic law would help the lives of women in tribal areas while ending the practice of bride-price. Those who are on the low end of the social ladder do not have a chance to get an education in rural areas that do not follow Islam. But not every female is for Islam, some do not like change especially those who have some power and control over lower classes. The Zia government is not able to harm women even though they only sees women as being good for being in the kitchen and in the bedroom to tend to their needs. But the Zia government set up the first female Cabinet Secretary and a Women’s Division as well, but in doing so they opened more doors for women. If a woman was assaulted then the person who hurt her would face life in prison or death, this was a crime. According to un-Islamic ways women should be forbidden from going out of the country unless a man was with her and any women who were not married should not be able to serve the country overseas. A dress code according to Islam was forced on women who served in the spotlight, the flight attendants and newsreaders but only for women not men. Females who wanted to model in commercials were not allowed, it was banned. And last, two women who told their version of what happen in court would equal one man’s testimony only during issues of money though.
