Introduction

In the new changing world of work, staff attraction, staff satisfactory and staff retention become the vital factors to drive the business success.

Due to the cost restraints, our the oorganization will not be able to move the office to a better office environment. The recent office is a 2 level block built in 1960, rest among the residence houses along the busy street. The organization has another 2 years contract to stay, cannot And we had 8 years contract with the real estate agent 6 years ago, we cannot afford the penalties to move out. although the office has poor design in settings and layout with poor air conditioning.

Some concerns have been raised that the poor work environment is not ‘people –friendly’: uncomforted office with poor air quality, unworkable air conditioning in control of 2 level office space with poor office layout.
