I believe that the long term result and value of getting my degree are to help me be better prepared to go into the corperate work force. The values of getting an education and a degree will be that I have started into something that I want to be able to complete and be proud of the accomplishment at the end of it all. It will also open up windows into job positions that are now closed to me because I do not have a degree . I believe no matter what your age you can always improve yourself so can hold the job that you want.
The tools and assesment that are offered by the Univercity of Pheonix will be a valued tool in all of my future classes . I will be able to do all my research when I use the library . I have the tools to improve my writing and spelling and will be able to practice and improve the skills that I am weak in . These will also build my skills to prepare me to go into the workforce as a better prepared person and will have a far chance at promotion and advances in the workforce.
Time and Stress management I have learned a lot about how you need to make use of the time you have so you can accomplish everything that you need to. It has shown me that stressing over things get me nowhere . It has put me on a time schedule that over the last nine weeks I have been able to adjust it so I have time to get everything done that I need to every day. I feel the time management skills I have learned from the course and from other students will be a great benefit in school and even after in the workforce time management will always play a big factor in everything I do on the future.
The Ethic lens tool has show me a lot about myself that I would have never thought about I believe that is a real good tool to have it let me know my strong points and my weak points.
