This is what I was going to e-mail them about, but there was an error sending it. I have been eating at McDonald's for as long as I can remember. I had the absolute most WORST service/food at the location stated, ever. And when I say ever, I mean out of any other restaurant (fast-food or otherwise) I've been to. I was going through the drive-thru and noticed that it was taking a very long time to get my food after I had ordered. When the employee handed over my food I ask if I could get a little of each sauce for the 10+ nuggets I ordered. I've asked this question before and never had a problem, but this time I feel I was treated very rudely as the employee hesitantly handed over some sauce. That right there put in me in a bad mood and made me want to swear off McDonald's forever. I know times are tough, but if you can't even give me napkins, a straw and only a HALF of a slice of cheese on my sandwich, than I think some extra sauce should be warranted. Now for the food itself, it was worse than the service, it was all dry and salty. The food seemed old, as if they had it lying around for hours. Even my young child who loves Happy Meals could not finish the food. I took a bite out of the burger to find that it too seemed old, dry and saltier than the ocean. And the nuggets that I so kindly asked for some accompanying sauce for? Well, they looked enveloped in burnt brown bits, I supposed from the old cooking oil (they too were dry). The fries were also disappointing. This one trip alone has turned me off from returning to McDonald's for good (unless I go overseas, I hear it's better). I don't need a reply, since I don't plan on coming back, but I thought that someone should know how things were running.
