Dear Stall Holder of 2010,
The next healing event at the York Town Hall for the 27th & 28th November 2010 (Saturday/Sunday) at this two-day event the doors will be open to the public from 9.30am to .4.30pm. The following info And booking form is for the
November Event

This letter offers you the opportunity to be a part of our healing event, which is aimed at helping to increase awareness for the people of the Avon Valley and surrounding areas. We will be bringing together a diverse range of stall-holders who are willing to promote and educate the general public on their chosen line of healing or lifestyle. We would love to see you there to be a part of this ever evolving event.

Payments and Bookings

You are offered the opportunity of a stall or display area, which are approximately between app 3 meters square; there are no divisions between stall holders. Each stall is $70.per day without a table and $75 with a large trestle table. (Please note for donation, charity, information and religious groups one stall fee of $70 applies ). Unlimited Chairs are available. Two people are allocated to operate each stall unless prior arrangements have been made.

To confirm your place, fill in the form at the bottom of this page and return to me including your payment details.

Please note bookings are 'first in priority' and the fee is payable at the time of application. We ask for confirmation of your booking as soon as possible. To ensure your spot, payments must be made early as bookings are already being taken. ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS ONLY into:
