Arthritis is a degenerative disease involving joints. Arthritis causes painful swelling, irritation, stiffness, painful grinding , degeneration of cartilage and many more symptoms. Symptoms experienced by patients are generally related to the elderly due to the likelihood of lesser activity. Arthritis can be experienced by a wide variety patients including young adults. While it is easy to have a doctor prescribe you a pill in exchange for side effects and a wallet, CAM therapies have allowed a modality of treatments.
