Over the past 15 years Zappos Inc. has been growing fast and in 2009 it was re structures into ten separate companies to have the flexibility to possibly sell everything one day. The main goal has always been to be the online business service leader.

If I have to briefly describe the culture at zappos family it would be a fun family spirit that embraces freedom, change, creativity, learning and honesty and it encourages the family members to be adventurous but determined and a s result of these they impress the customers through the service that they provide.
