In today’s economy a lot of things are falling. It is hard to get a job it is even harder to pay your bills. People are struggling it is hard for them to make ends meet. All across the country more people each day are either becoming homeless or they are having there eclectic shut off. It is depressing to see how far America is falling behind. If you want to save money in today’s economy you would have to start out your unessential spending such as going out to eat and wasting money.
When you go out to eat are you punishing yourself or is it a reward. When times are tough and money is tight going out to eat will put you farther into the hole. When I was younger going out to eat was like a treat we would go out once and a while. Now a days people go out to eat either because one there to lazy to stay home and cook or two because there always on the go and need something quick to eat so they can get back on with there busy life’s. When you go out to eat you are you are wasting so much more money on food that is cheaper to make at you house.
When Americans go out to dinner they spend a lot of money just to go out for one night. I work at Red Robin a restaurant in Delaware it is a burger joint that has pretty good food and the prices are ok. You could still go there and spend a lot of money. They have good deals but they do not help when you are trying to back on unessential spending. Since the economy has started to really fall I have noticed a change in how many people are coming out to eat there each night. On Mondays- Thursday sales have went down about 1000 dollars and on the weekends they have went down almost 2000 dollars. My tips at work have went down because I get tipped off of the gross sales of the night so this is bad for me but good for people trying to cut it just shows that you can cut back.
The way to save money is to make good decisions. A good decision would be next time you think about going out to eat go to the food market. If...
