“A Person is a Person, No Matter how small”
We all have a heart, two lungs, and a brain. But yet, I still wonder how someone can make fun of another person because of how they look, what they do, or what skin color they have. What those people who make fun of other people don’t understand is, where all the same on the inside.
When people do drugs it’s usually because other people have made fun of them, or demeaned them in a certain way. So they do drugs to feel better about themselves. The sad thing is most people won’t reach out to them. We are all human we should all be treated like one. We all need to know that we are not alone. That someone cares, even if it is someone you have never met before.
We could all make this planet a better place if we all followed one simple rule “treat others how you would like to be treated.” It has also been said “don’t judge someone until you‘ve walked a mile in their shoes.” But some people pick on others for no real reason because it makes them feel better. Then the person who got picked on takes his or her anger out on other people, and soon it ends up being a never ending chain. Communication and understanding is the key. Think of others feelings, like they are your own.
Nobody deserves to be treated badly. It can be stopped if we all open up are arms and help one another. If we do this it won’t only make the person your helping feel better it will make you feel better to. By doing this it will make us all the best we can be. No person is too small to start a positive chain reaction.
