INTRODUCTION

Globalization is a process of transformation of local or regional phenomenon into global ones. Globalization had cause a lot of changes in our world especially in term of economy. The indicator of globalization is trade barrier. After World War 2, advanced Western industrial countries had set goals to removed barriers to the free flow of product between countries. This means that product is moving from one country to another country after they are agreeing with each other. Consequently, there is lot of variety of product that move in and out and cause countries to growth rapidly. These make the globalization to be rapidly growth. There are lots of challenges we need to face due to the rapid growth of globalization. Our global market place is growth rapidly and there are lots of problem we need to overcome and control. So, we need to manage the challenges in the global market place. Leaders and managers are taking an important role to make sure that the stability of the global market place is maintained. Besides that, they also responsible to make sure that the mankind get their benefits. Our case study is related to globalization and area that we choose is macroeconomic that include business cycle, unemployment, GDP(Gross Domestic Product) and inflation .
