It’s all the rage nowadays, people switching to the e-cigarette from regular tobacco cigarettes. I want to quit smoking altogether. It’s been advertised that the e-cig will help people quit smoking; you may have seen them and may not have. I have mixed feelings about the e-cig, and its ability to help people quit smoking. I guess I wanted to put it to the test, and the similarities and differences are telling me a different story.

Secondly they both have the same hand to mouth gesture of putting something in your mouth, and inhaling the smoke or vapor. Over the years of trying to quit I’ve realized that the hand to mouth gesture needs to stop to effectively quit smoking. Almost like when it’s time for children to stop sucking their thumb. I guess avoiding the situation altogether would be best.

The differences have led me to believe something unexpected, which could possibly have been the intention, but it’s only a conspiracy. Let’s start with that the e-cig can be smoked anywhere, and the tobacco cigarette...
