Working in groups of four or five, prepare a report on one of the following organisations/brands, analysing its strategy Netflix ASOS Louis Vuitton Your report should Analyse the reasons for the organisations/brands success and examine the critical success factors Recommend a longterm strategy to maintain and enhance its brand. Equal weighting is given to both sections. Presentation guidelines You only need to choose 1 organisation. The text should be no more than 2,000 words (/- 10). Assignments which significantly exceed the word limit (more than 10) will be penalised. Presentation will be taken into account in allocating marks the report should be clearly written and logically structured. You should provide a REPORT structure. The Harvard referencing system should be adopted. Title page, executive summary, table of contents list of references will not be included in the word count. Group Management You should form a group first and then register your group online. DO NOT SIGN UP TO A GROUP YOU DO NOT KNOW Be careful signing up to a group as these will not be changed, once you have registered. Make sure you keep a record of meetings and your contribution to the assignment allegations of non-participation will be investigated, and if upheld will result in penalties (reduction in marks).
