Project
Charles
Ashworth,
CEO
of
Brook
Street
Bureau,
has
appointed
me
to
investigate
Brook
Street’s
recruitment
and
selection
processes
in
order
to
improve
cost
effectiveness,
quality
of
talent
and
enhance
the
level
of
the
new
recruits’
engagement
with
the
organisation.
The
team
involved
in
this
project
has
been
seconded
for
a
six-‐month
period
from
different
parts
of
the
organisation.

team
comprises
of
five
