American Constitution

In my opinion the American Constitution is a “revolutionary” document in history. After being modified several times and first being created in 1787, it is now a symbol of a somewhat perfect political and governmental system. When the Constitution was first created it was designed to govern only about four million people in 13 states. Now the constitution governs over 250 million people in 50 states.
"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." I feel like the United States is a lot closer and friendlier towards one another compared to other countries. We as American citizens deal with so many different people everyday and yet we basically treat everyone the same. Other countries don’t have to deal with those kinds of issues. And I think we are like that because of the Constitution. I feel like because of what is written in the Constitution makes us closer and appear as equals in the eyes of one another.
The American Constitution was not at all the first of its kind either. One of the first written laws in history is the Magna Carta. The Magna Carta has 63 laws that govern the land. After the Magna Carta was written in 1215, the American Governemtn took some of the laws presented in the document and put it into are own. So, knowing that we took some information from the Magna Carta I still feel like the American Constitution is revolutionary because it has less amendments but each one is still as important as the ones listed in the Magna Carta.
The American Constitution changed our country the first day it was created and it still is changing our country. As we as a nation go further into the future I believe the American Constitution will be changed several more times. I feel...
