Anime
Anime is a Japanese style of animation. The word Anime comes from the word Animation. In Japan anime is used as normally meaning animation. In America Anime is use specifically for Japanese animation so there is a difference. In America we have animation, which is our normal cartoons and animated movies, and there is Anime, which are the Japanese “cartoons” they are not actually cartoons for even though they seem like it anime actually has more of a realistic feeling when comes to morals and life lessons. Also cartoons don’t really affect you much. Anime will “get you in the feels” which means it will make you angry,cry, and it makes you develop connections to your favorite characters. Anime also features more violent and death, things that cartoons can’t show.
Anime is a diverse art form with distinctive production methods and techniques that have been adapted over time in response to emergent technologies. The production of anime focuses less on the animation of movement and more on the realism of settings as well as the use of camera effects, including panning, zooming and angle shots. Diverse art styles are used and character proportions and features can be quite varied, including characteristically large emotive or realistically sized eyes.
There are many different anime genres such Horror, Action, Romance, Comedy, Mystery and Hentai. Hentai is a form of anime which is basically porn. Some anime actually have a mix of all of these things, Except Hentai. Only Hentai has Hentai. Some examples for types of anime include Corpse Party(Horror), Soul Eater(Action), Vampire Knight(Romance), Hetalia(Comedy) and Death Note(Mystery). There is also a different art form of Anime called Chibi, meaning tiny body.
