Mammals
Cheetah- the cheetah is a mammal who belongs to the cat family. It is unique in its speed,
while lacking climbing abilities. It is the fastest animal.
Panda- the panda is a mammal who belongs to the bear family. Though belonging to the
order Carnivora, the Giant Panda has a diet which is 99% bamboo. The Giant Panda may eat
other foods such as honey, eggs, fish, yams, shrub leaves, oranges, and bananas when available.

Cheetahs are the fastest animal in the animalia family. Cheetahs do not like to share their

food. Cheetah’s life span in the wild is only 12-14 years. The panda’s life span is 25-30 years.

The panda bear belongs to the order called carnivore. The cheetah is also classified under the
order carnivore. Members of the mammalian order Carnivora are the descendants of a successful
late Paleocene radiation of mammals whose primitive food habits were carnivorous. The name
"Carnivora" is sometimes taken to mean that members of this group are all carnivorous or that all
carnivorous mammals are members of this group. Myers, P. and A. Poor. 2009 But is not always true.

Insects

Bee- the bee is a flying insect who belongs to the Ursidaefamily. They are found on every
continent except Antarctica, in every habitat on the planet that contains insect-pollinated
flowering plants.
Ant-The ant is a social insect who belongs to the Formicidae family. Ants can live anywhere
except Antarctica. They have the ability to modify habitats, tap resources, and defend
themselves.
They are both small insects Ants are a ground bug. The bee is an air bug. The bee flies

around.


The order that the bee is part of is hymentopters. The ant is part of the same order.
