Attack on Pearl Harbor
ships being destroyed around pearl harbor
What happened in the attack on Pearl Harbor was a tragedy, which cost the lives of thousands of navy men in battle and was one of the battles that the U.S. lost in WWII, but now, many people say that this attack on Pearl Harbor could have been prevented. You may ask, wait what? , and yes many people say that it could have been prevented , which Is true because at the time , president Franklin D. Roosevelt knew that a attack was going to happen on U.S soil and it was a attack by the Japanese , but Roosevelt didn’t know when and where the attack would take place. Even though Roosevelt didn’t know when it was going to happen, people believe that it wasn’t his fault that the attack happened, but many believe that he should have been more aware of
every move that the Japanese made and what his plan would be to make sure that all of the U.S would be in protected from this unknown attack that would take place. Still, if Roosevelt would have prevented that attack on Pearl Harbor and no attack would take place in by the Japanese, what would the U.S have done? Would the U.S not join WWII? These answers have not been answered because many people don’t think about the outcome in the attack on Pearl Harbor if this event would have never happened , and I don’t blame them because this event already happened and why should people bother think about what would happen if the attack never happened . Still , people should think about the outcomes of the battle if the U.S would have won, talk about what happened in the battle and see if the U.S had a chance even...
