There was era where people with money, special skillset and good lick were able to start successful business, but in today’s youth driven and technology ridden business world, myriad enterprises who do not seek any jobs of capital and fancy degrees are waiting to be hatched. This report attempted to canvas the entrepreneur ideas to start up a business in China based on the online streaming industry. The proposed name of the Company would be “GoStream” with its headquarter in Beijing, China. It will aim to bring a revolution in online streaming industry making it a commercial-free business model with introduction of some original series of its own. Along with it, high definition movies will also be telecasted through this gateway for the Chinese people. The Company is aiming to provide first month free subscription to attract the masses through variety of tariffs and plans at a later stage. The Company in its first phase will be operational in four cities- Beijing, Chongqing, Shanghai and Tianjin and later on, in the subsequent phase based on the popularity and public acceptance, it will spread its branches to provincial level, prefectural-level and country-level cities of China (Murray, 2014). The ultimate aim of the Company is to make the Chinese habituated to use internet for watching media thereby building the pillar stone for a cable-free viewing experience. The legal type of ownership will be ‘private enterprise’ in the form of ‘Joint Partnership’. The Company is expecting to give a tough competition to other market players in the future days as it is committed to provide the best value added services at a competitive pricing to attract the cost-conscious Chinese’s customers.
